I went to a local thrift store and found this lovely "shabby chic" quilt for $10.00.  I think it's only a twin and it has been loved alot and some of the fabric is no more but I love it.  I love to take blankets outside and since I have no sentimental attachment to this one I won't mind one bit.

Target has Nestle Nesquick single servings on sale for $1.00/each until 4/17.   I had a bunch of spring flyers (a sheet of manufacturer coupons) that you can get at Homeland. In these flyers there is a $1.00/1 any size or variety of Nestle Nesquick making them FREE after coupons.  Remember if you are buying large quantities of something to get the longest expiration date possible.  The one's I got will expire in August.  I think my daughter can beat that expiration date :)

Did you get the $5/2 Benadryl coupon in yesterday’s RedPlum insert? If so, you can use it on the Benadryl Itch Relief Sticks which are priced around $2.28 at both Walmart and Target to get them free. I’m guessing you’d be able to find them priced under $2.50 at other stores, as well.

*HOT!* $1/1 Scotch-Brite printable coupon = free sponges!

Scotch-Brite just released a coupon for $1/1 any Scotch-Brite product. This coupon is a PDF that is hosted on the manufacturer’s site so it can be legitimately printed and used multiple times. It expires June 30, 2010, however, I’m guessing it won’t be available for all that long so I’d recommend printing it right away if you’re planning to use it.

The single packs of Scotch-Brite sponges are often on sale for $1 at many different stores. Walmart carries them regularly priced at 84¢. So you should be able to get them free or more-than-free at a number of different stores with this coupon.

These would be great to put in a gift basket for a wedding shower.

Dying Easter Eggs With Stickers!

I know this is really late but here is a picture of one of the eggs I dyed this Easter.   All you have to do is buy stickers of your choice, stick them on the egg, make sure all the edges of the stickers are really smoothed down (I used my finger nail to make sure they were really stuck on), place them in your dye as usual, and then remove the stickers after you get the desired color.  Voila.  Personalized Easter eggs.
