Summer Bucket List 2013

Hopefully we will do most of this on the list.  Ambitious...I know.  With the baby big enough to take out and about I felt it was high time we did some of the sites. So ready or not here we come!

4th of July Wreath

 

Here is my 4th of July Wreath.  I loved this pin of one they sell on Etsy.  But, being the frugal person I am I decided to make my own.  I think mine is a couple inches bigger than the one from the tutorial so I had to do three rings of burlap which then doesn't make my ribbon look as wide. I used this tutorial but used the roll of burlap ribbon that you can buy at Michaels instead of cutting up my burlap into strips.  It is just too messy.  I also bought the patriotic ribbon there too it is wired so it is really easy to position it like you want.
