Here are the diapers I have bought so far from Amazon.com.  According to my calculations.....here is how many I would use and how many I have so far.

Here's what I paid....depending on the coupons used.  I usually used (2) 20% coupons together or I used (1) 20% + $10 coupon and always except for maybe once or twice because I forgot used Amazon mom which saves you an additional 30%.  But, as all good thing must come to an end I tried to use some coupons today to order even more diapers and it wouldn't let me.  Up until now I was able to use expired coupons that dated back until Nov. & Dec. but now the one's expiring even just yesterday 3/31/11 said they were expired.  I thought this might happen since the latest coupons were coming from March magazines and I hadn't heard of any other one's with later dates.  But, I was just too tired to get on my computer and order them last night.  Oh well....it would have only been only one other box of diapers anyways.   Hopefully, Amazon will continue to put out these diaper coupons so I can continue to stock up on diapers.

This is on average what I paid.  Some were smaller boxes but, I didn't move the boxes for fear they would all come tumbling down on my head.  When they arrived in the mail I wrote the original price and price paid on the box with a sharpie for future reference.

It is very rare for me anyways to get overage at Target or not to have any hassles.  This was a pleasant shopping trip with lots of overage and a happy shopper.

Dillards: Additonal 40% Already Reduced Merchandise

Here is round two of Dillard's winter clearance sale.  The rest of the store like I had mentioned in my previous shopping trip had their additional 40% off already reduced merchandise starting yesterday 2/25 - 2/27.  The big & tall department we scored really big but I was disappointed to see only 40% off instead of the 50% off that we had gotten from the big & tall.  Also, some things weren't reduced as much as I would have liked but, I think we still got some really good bargains and more Christmas presents and birthday presents.

I plan on giving the OSU fan in our family this Christmas the sweat jacket originally $60 & the black long sleeved OSU shirt originally $24.  I spent on this Christmas present $21.00.  I also will be giving the OSU as a birthday present with something else but will still keep the total under budget.

I bought the vest for skiing because besides skiing being very expensive, so is the clothing to go along with it.

This is part of an early Birthday present for my husband.

Our family is divided so I will be giving the OU fan these OU shirts on their Birthday and Christmas.  I bought some OU for myself too since we will be moving out of state very soon and still wanted to show my Oklahoma pride even though I care nothing about football.  I also bought the snowflake thermal for skiing.

I love Hello Kitty and so does my daughter so I couldn't resist buying up a big bunch of it especially since she will be starting Kindergarten this fall.

I love the sweater dress and the cable knit tights to match.  And what about that fancy giraffe.

You can't go wrong with soft knit pants for little girls.

Here is a cute little bear coat for the little one.  These scarfs are really neat too because do you see the pockets on either side they are for your hands?  I will be giving one of these for a Christmas present and keeping one for myself.

I wore alot of scarves this year so I bought myself this cute crocheted flowery scarf.  Can you believe someone would pay $69 just because it was brand name?

My daughter loves this Fancy Nancy dress even though she has no idea who she is.  She is all girl and just loves all the tulle and girlyness.

Show & Tell: Garage Sale Finds

I love going to garage sales in the fall.  Here are this past weekends garage sale finds.
Here are some jeans, knit pants, and a shirt for my lovely daughter. $1 an item. I usually don't buy a lot of her clothes at garage sales but since our new destructive member of our family destroys her clothes when she goes out into the backyard I was happy to find some play/dog proof clothes.
The next thing I got was a dog house for our new puppy.  Well, I guess she isn't new anymore she's 5 months old and destructive as hell.  I bought it for $30 which I thought I was a little high and I wasn't sure she we would even go in it.  But as you can see she is happy as a lark in it (well not that happy but happy).  She supposed to be in an inside dog but we are having a hard time training her.  Next week hopefully is obedience training.
I've been looking for a long time for a carseat and I happened to find one this weekend.  One thing that always amazes me when I buy baby items are how dirty they are.  I can't believe people actually put their kids in that kind of filth.  But luckily it is usually always washable and I always wash it when it comes from a garage sale.  I plan on using this carseat for Meme's house since it only has a year left (carseats have a 7 year life for safety) but that wasn't the only reason I wanted this Britax Marathon carseat.  I've been trying to find a used cover CHEAP so I can take it apart and make another cover for my daughter's original Britax Marathon and let me tell you they aren't cheap even the yucky ones.  I got this carseat for $9.

Shopping Trip for the Week of 8/15 Deal Pic

Let me first say I am such a procrastinator.  I did my bargain shopping today which I hate doing because some of the items are already sold out but on the up side I wasn't going after very many things.  The only thing I didn't get was Right Guard deodorant at CVS that was on BOGO sale this week but I did get a raincheck and will get it next week.  Also, I could have went to Walgreen's and gotten it free there too but was too lazy.

Barbie Instant Win Game: Prize Arrived TODAY!

Remember this Barbie Instant Win Game?  Well I got a letter in the mail a couple of months ago saying my prize was delayed but it arrived TODAY!  My daughter always loves when we get packages and ALWAYS asks if it is for her.  Well today was her lucky day because it was for her.  Isn't this adorable.  It's a barbie hard case purse with a barbie bracelet to match.  And you guessed it FREE!

Garage Sale Finds!

I love summer time and getting to go to garage sales.  My husband hates them because I always find something I think I need.

Garage sales are so much cheaper than thrift stores and I usually find better things garage sailing.

Below are some of my recent finds.
I've been wanting to try and recover a baby seat for quite some time but needed an old one "cheap" to take apart for the pattern.  Cheap enough $10.00 for the carrier and the base.
Silver coffee pot to use for my niece's shower I will be hosting in late August.  It's really pretty once I got it all cleaned up.  It was a mere $5.00

I had to have this when I saw it was only a $1.  Right now it is primed and ready to be painted and distressed at my mom's house.  Can't wait till it's finished.  My daughter loves it.

Thrift Store Find!

I went to a local thrift store and found this lovely "shabby chic" quilt for $10.00.  I think it's only a twin and it has been loved alot and some of the fabric is no more but I love it.  I love to take blankets outside and since I have no sentimental attachment to this one I won't mind one bit.

Target: 90% Off Easter!!

Target had very little left over from Easter.  But they did have some things I thought were worth picking up.

2 Peter Rabbit 29¢/Each
1 PAAS Easter 24¢
1 Treat Sack 9¢
1 Bunny Money Card 20¢
2 Gum 39¢/Each
2 Easter Grass 19¢/Each
1 Peeps Bunny 14¢

* I will not eat the food except for the gum. This is what I want to do with the Peeps next year and Peter Rabbit.

Target: Free Nestle Nesquick

Target has Nestle Nesquick single servings on sale for $1.00/each until 4/17.   I had a bunch of spring flyers (a sheet of manufacturer coupons) that you can get at Homeland. In these flyers there is a $1.00/1 any size or variety of Nestle Nesquick making them FREE after coupons.  Remember if you are buying large quantities of something to get the longest expiration date possible.  The one's I got will expire in August.  I think my daughter can beat that expiration date :)

Toy's R Us: Kiss My Face On Clearance!

Toy's R Us has Kiss My Face on clearance for $1.98.  On the shampoo/conditioner bottles they have hangtags for $1.50/1 making them 48¢/each. I love these because they contain no artifical colors, fragrances, and no parabens.

2 Whale Soaps
4 Toothpaste
2 Shampoo & Conditioner
3 Self Foaming Shampoo & Body Wash
2 Detangler Creme

Toy's R Us: Seventh Generation Clearance 48¢ Each After Coupon!

Toy's R Us has almost all of their Seventh Generation on clearance for 1.98/each.  They are also on sale this week buy one get one 50% off.  Plus, you can use these coupons on Seventh Generation website making them 48¢/each.  Can you believe it?  Toy's R Us had lots of other stuff on clearance too in their houseware department.  If that's what you call it.  But, be warned I went to two stores and one store had all of their clearance plainly marked and the other store had none marked.

Seventh Generation is non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, and no fumes.  I appreciate that alot more now that I have a daughter.

Delmonte Jar Fruit
$4.99
Used BOGO & $1/2 from VocalPoint
Final cost $1.49/each

Homeland had Farmland sausage links on sale for 99¢/each when I ordered my coupons but I waited too long because I drive to another town to do my Homeland shopping and they went up to $1.49 so I still only paid 49¢/each for the Farmland sausage....not too bad. Juicy Juice was on sale BOGO (which really means they ring up 50% off) they were $1.79 minus coupon $1.00/2 (spring flyer at the door) I paid 79¢/each.  I was really proud of all my juice, that is the cheapest I have ever bought Juicy Juice.  I usually pay $1.00/each. The Delmonte jar fruit was regular price $4.99 minus the two coupons (vocalpoint) bogo free and $1.00 coupon making them $1.49/each.  I didn't get to stock up on the pork as much as I would have liked because I misplaced my coupons but my freezer is so full now I don't think I would have any place for it anyhow.  But, I did pick up a 8 or 9 packs all under $3.00 which really makes them under a $1.00/each after coupons.  Whoo Hooo!  My daughter loves me because her two favorite things are sausage and juice!

Total for the sausage and juice if regular price:
$158.92
Savings minus coupons and sale:
$122.92
Total OOP:
$36.00ish

I drive to Muskogee to do my Homeland shopping because the cashiers are always so nice and the only Homeland in Tulsa I feel like has coupon Nazi's.  Oh, and because my lovely Mother lives there too and always helps me get all my shopping done in one day.  Thanks Mom :)

Clothes Clearance!
$1.00 - $3.00

$3.00/Each for the dresses (These clothes really are cuter in person).  I saw this same dress on Pink, Green, and Southern and had to have it. You really should check out her blog she has some wonderful ideas. The black velvet dress is so cute with the monogram Pink, Green, & Southern put on it.  I will for sure be doing this for next season.  We couldn't decide which one was cuter red or black so we bought both.  I thought for $3.00 each which ever one I don't like I will put in our garage sale we have annually..

I told you it was cute!  Here is the picture of the one from Pink, Green, & Southern. Obviously, my white balance is off on my camera.  Mine looks grey vs her black.

$3.00 for a cute summer dress.  $3.00 thermals for the ski trip we will be taking they might be too big this year and if they are they will work for next year.  I love buying in advance then I don't stress over buying a lot at once when the season changes.
$1.00 play t-shirt
